Lead Business Analyst
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team “TEC” with solid skills on Agility practices to be Scrum Master within the Tribe.
The ideal candidate has a background in project management and has already had the role of Scrum Master in an Agile team.
You will be responsible for writing the functional specifications for developers, approving developments and managing projects (monitoring of tasks, budget, planning) for all topics impacting repositories (Legal entity, Physical Person, Rate, …) and TEC, and in parallel you will have the role of Scrum Master in transversal on the Tribe.
The dispatch between the 2 roles is: 70% Business Analyst and 30% Scrum Master.
Note: The Tribe also handles a RUN activity with the management of incidents, user requests and small evolutive maintenance.
Profile required
- Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Write the specifications
- Make tests to validate developments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
- High-level of self-drive.
- Promote Agile practices within the Tribe.
- Prepare and lead Agile ceremonies.
- Support the team in achieving its objectives.
- Support the Product Owner and work with other teams.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
