Lead Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Role Summary:
We are looking for a high-impact Business Analyst (10+ years’ experience) to lead analysis and solution design within the Structured Loans domain, with an immediate focus on Loan Servicing (Back Office).
While the current priority is on servicing, the role operates within a broader end-to-end ecosystem covering origination, structuring, middle office, and servicing, offering strong exposure to the full lifecycle of structured finance operations.
The role requires the ability to:
· Drive complex studies and solutioning
· Engage with global stakeholders and domain experts
· Contribute to shaping the future-state architecture aligned with strategic transformation initiatives
The ideal candidate combines strong domain expertise, system understanding, and exceptional solutioning & storytelling capability, with the ability to operate across the value chain and not remain confined to a single functional area.
Profile required
Key Skills & Expectations
· Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Structured Finance / Loan Servicing lifecycle (drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, agency functions, reconciliations), with exposure to back-office servicing workflows and familiarity with cash flows, accounting, risk, settlements, and payments
· Alternative Backgrounds: Candidates from Markets or other banking domains may be considered if they demonstrate strong learning agility and a proven track record in complex problem-solving and transformation and solution design
· Solutioning & Architecture Thinking: Ability to connect business requirements to future-state IT architecture, including target operating model, system interactions, and data flows
· Transformation Experience: Proven exposure to transformation initiatives / platform modernization
· Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to work with global stakeholders and senior domain experts
· Communication & Storytelling: Ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured narratives and drive alignment across business and IT
· Analytical Rigor: Ability to independently handle complex studies with structured thinking (problem framing, option analysis, recommendation articulation)
· Ownership Mindset: High ownership , driving outcomes beyond execution
