Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: 
  • Description - Internal Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions. Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies. Develop new testing scenarios by enhancing the efficiency of existing processes. Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders. Qualifications - Internal Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes. Clear and concise communication skills. Collaborate with stakeholders. High-level of self-drive.
  • - Understand user expectations, develop functional requirements, and raise clarifications with stakeholders
    - Give knowledge transfer to the development team on functional specifications
    - Act as SPOC for business requirements and represent the end user in the development team
    - Encourage and apply best practices in the team and be responsible for functional product quality
  • Profile Required: 
  • Experience Level: 10 - 15 Years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets / Market Risk / Investment Banking, with specialisation in FIXED INCOME

  • In-depth knowledge of:
    - Capital Markets products: Bonds, FOREX, Money Market, Derivative instruments
    - Full Trade Lifecycle: Front-to-back from trade capture to settlement and accounting
    - Investment Banking domain knowledge. Good to have knowledge on Market Risk methodologies
    - Good functional knowledge on Investment Banking Products.
