Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities 

    • Comprehensive experience (7-9 years) in Banking & Financial services with exposure in Payments products implementations, Core banking system Implementation (large Programs) in the space of Transaction Banking business

    • Experience as business analyst liaising with business and IT teams

    • Hand-on experience of  Payments or Cash Management products is the key (Must Have)

    • Should be able to work closely with business to understand the requirement and translate it to BRD in terms of benefits to be realized. (Must Have)

    • To elaborate requirements to vendor/IT and validate the solution provided.

    • Participate in change management which can include task as designing the training material, provide end user training, live demos e.t.c

    • Develop user acceptance tests and coordinating with end users for coverage and execution.

    • Support the program management with the impacts assessment for change requests.

    • Provide production support in case of any incident.

    • Good to have experience in Risk controls(Funds controls including overdraft facility and Non Funds controls

    • Must Have experience on payment file format ISO20022, SEPA Products (SCT, SDD, Instant SCT) and SWIFT (Cross Border Payments)

    • Knowledge market standard Payment Engines like FIS Clear2Pay, BANCS, TEMINOS T24, FlexCube, Intellect Design FCH, Global PayPlus  is an added advantage

    • Advanced skills and experience in large program/project management

    • Should have worked in multi-dimensional teams across Asia and Europe geographies

    • Should be flexible to work on any Shift timings

Profile required

    • Knowledge on end-to-end commercial banking processes with specific focus on payments and cash Management

    • Functional expert, with strong knowledge of end-end payments process

    • The person must become the point of contact for the all business requirements on payments transformation projects

    • The person must be able to support the change management process (user training, etc.);

    • The person must have knowledge of the payment instruments and processes.

    • Contribute to users change management (on-line help, training)

    • Ability to conduct contribute to workshops, demos, Project Kickoff, STEERCOs and OPCOs.

    • Ability to negotiate priorities with Product Managers and sponsors on the backlog to deliver MVP

    • Communicate and negotiate on deliverables, scope, delays and priorities.

    • Ability to create a relationship of trust and faith with the clients
