Responsibilities
Hands-on Individual Contributor with an extended responsibility on managing & growing a feature team of BA’s within ITIM DMP
Primary responsibility to liaise with ITIM DMP Tribe Managers (Both Paris & India) to define roadmap & strategy for GSC BA Team ramp up in India
Be a mentor & guide for all the BA team with respect to Delivery & Best practices within BA Team
Establish BA Governance, Reporting & other hygiene factors are driven as agreed with relevant stakeholders
Profile required
Develop business requirements / functional specs / project roadmaps for critical project priorities
Techno-Functional Individual to drive Functional activities (Guild) at RBFS level
Evaluate cross-functional business processes and models for optimal delivery solutions.
Facilitate and lead data quality measures, evaluate test management strategy and impact of updated service and operational level agreements.
Support / Contribute on functional architecture at ITIM DMP
Prioritize business needs, upstream and downstream systems to create synergy, and synchronize deliveries by partnering with PO.
Facilitate solution designs and changes by conducting program-level complex business and systems/process analysis.
