Lead Expert - Collateral certification
Responsibilities
- Managing XRP/ECO , responsible for successfully carrying out the production and manage the respective domains accross CVAR Certification, Limit Monitoring as well as Impact studies.
1) Managing and controlling the production on individual domains
2) Ensuring the key SLA’s are met, and highest level of production quality is alwaysmaintained
3) Defining priorities for the team
4) Ensuring smooth delivery of processes, managing and planning leaves
5) Responsibility of the numbers produced from the stable
6) Ensuring quality of comments and taking ownership to monitor and improve
7) Highlighting the anomalies in production and working with digital stream leaderstowards optimization of tools and processes.
8) Documentation: Ensure that all required documents are updated and stored for futurereference.
9) Play key role in future transition and ensure high quality in onboarding new tasks
10) Ensure processes are reviewed and risk assessment of the processes are done
11) Leading the teams concerns with the partners like GBSU etc
12) Ability to demonstrate the willingness to work and contribute to the firms efficiencyprogram and to contribute to the global strategic framework and acting as a change maker
13) Contribute to high quality comments on ECO production dashboard
14) Understanding cross Metrics relationship and propose best analysis
15) Develop skill to independently handle people conflict
16) Plan and organize efficiently on the daily Task allocation
Profile required
Knowledge & Experience
- Post graduation / MBA/ CFA / FRM
- 5-7 years of experience in managing Product control/Market risk/ Credit Counterparty risk team
- Industry knowledge is preferred Skills
- High level of Integrity
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good analytical thinking skills
- Management skills
- IT Skills / Transformation Digitalisation project experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills
