Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Manage the Recruitment Backoffice Process and coordination with HR, HRCO and finance teams specially on the invoice payments.

·         Knowledge on Sofi is preferred.

·         Manage the activities pertaining to Onboarding, Background Verification, Vendor payouts and management & Offer Management if team needs support.

·         Generating MIS reports, analyze the report trends.

·         Perform first level quality check for all the deliverables and update the necessary tracker to record the quality of client deliverables

·         Perform Morse controls, including managing anomaly

·         Adhere to information security guidelines of SGGSC

·         Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received

Profile required

Experience - 5 to 8 years

  • ROLE DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY): [Lead]

    Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transactional in nature. Engage in processing transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines whilst maintaining good quality of work and timely delivery. Ability to update Process documentation (SOPs/Operating Instructions). Strong Written and verbal communication is mandatory

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any Bachelor degree, preferably MBA in HR & Finance
