Lead Service Analyst
Responsibilities
Ensure project alignment with business objectives through well-defined projects charter: scope, objectives, timelines and project deliverables in collaboration with the stakeholders
- Delivery end to end infrastructure and security projects on time and on budget , including planning, execution, monitoring and deployment
- Identification of issues, risks and track until closure or mitigation/ resolution
Collaborate with architects, providers, security and business stakeholders . Keep project on track , ensure timely delivery . Manage governance, project team and provide regular status updates related to project evolution and reports to executive leadership.
Profile required
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer science, Project management or a related field
Certification required in Project management – PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Agile
Proven minimum of 5 years experience as Project manager in the financial services industry
Strong understanding of project management methodologies ( e.g Agile, Waterfall)
Good understanding of infrastructure technologiesx
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, English level advanced, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, standard project management tools Jira/ Confluence
Fluent communicator in English (speaking and writing)
Advanced experience in Linux systems administration - RHEL 7/8/9
Experience in troubleshooting Linux systems – RHEL 7/8/9
Experience with Red Hat Satellite
Experience with VMware vCenter
Experience with Qualys
Experience in Bash and Python scripting
Nice to have experience with Broadcom/CA Service Desk Manager
Organized and coordinated
