Lead Service Analyst
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing end-to-end priority production governance across organization. This role will be a part of organization’s OPM SSM. He/She is required to provide expert level support on the end-to-end problem management for the organization’s infra & applications. One of his/her duties will be to provide training to the existing team on production & best practices
Profile required
Experience Req: 7+ Years - Managing the stakeholder meetings with appropriate analysis on the trend. French Language is a mandate for this profile. - Manage end to end lifecycle of Problem, - Experienced at managing escalations and major incidents driving the incident bridge as well as the stakeholder communication. - As a member of the Production Group, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to ensure the success of our missions - a) IT Quality of service: This mission is carried out through: - Animation of a governance involving all teams responsible for incident and problem management (in the sense of ITIL) of all IT departments. - Definition, improvement, and production of Group reporting on IT quality of service in connection with all IT departments and second line of defense (LOD2). - Monitoring of action plans to remedy major incidents impacting several businesses.
