Responsibilities

Within Société Générale’s group, the mission takes place in “Wholesale” service unit of Global Banking & investors Solution (GBSU).

As part of this direction, within the Risk and Production Management department (RPM), that is in charge of managing operational risks and Information Systems’ Production, you join the Process & Practices Steering team in charge of :

  • The WW deployment of ITIL processes related to IS production
  • The continuous improvement of these processes and related tooling
  • The regular reporting to the direction on these processes

Apply domain expertise in cross-functional processes and businesses interactions.
Manage intermediate level case studies and challenges with minimal supervision.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve any team hurdles.
Identify, develop and implement process and project enhancements.
Know upstream and downstream processes of cluster.
Represent and contribute to internal forums, market intelligence and innovation.

Profile required

Certification of ITIL V4 foundation or intermediate-level with strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Proven experience of coordinating and facilitating IT process deployment and quality improvement efforts.
Demonstrated experience of ServiceNow or any other Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of infrastructure technology and evolution.
Knowledge of Investment Banking.
Conflict Management and Stakeholder Management skills.
