Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a BI Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of Business Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience in the banking sector, and a solid understanding of risk-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test cases for BI reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.

  • Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.

  • Perform SQL-based data validation and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

  • Document test results and provide clear feedback for improvements.

Profile required

Requirements

  • Strong SQL knowledge (querying, data validation, troubleshooting).

  • Experience in banking or financial services.

  • Familiarity with risk processes in banking (e.g., default, recovery) is a plus.

  • Understanding of BI tools and data warehousing concepts.

  • Understanding SAS Data Integration jobs, SAS code, for validating transformations, data mappings and cross-system integrations

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ETL testing and data quality frameworks.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in banking.
