Lead Software Engineer - Data Analytics, sql,Python + PowerBI
Responsibilities
Automation & Process Optimization
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to streamline end‑to‑end reporting processes and eliminate manual effort.
- Build automated workflows using MicroStrategy ,Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, and VBA to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize analytics processes to enhance operational performance.
Reporting & Data Visualization
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI/MicroStrategy dashboards for performance tracking.
- Deliver self‑service reporting tools and analytical assets to empower business stakeholders with real‑time insights.
- Ensure optimized data pipelines and reporting structures that support scalability and high data reliability.
Data Management & Governance
- Oversee the development of robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to maintain standardized, auditable, and well‑documented data environments.
Consulting, Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead Data & Analytics consulting engagements for cross‑functional teams, advising on tool adoption, best practices, and analytical maturity.
- Partner with Business, Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to understand business priorities and deliver high‑impact analytical solutions.
- Communicate complex analytics concepts in a business‑friendly manner to drive data‑driven decision-making.
Profile required
Highly skilled Data & Analytics Specialist with extensive experience in retail banking products, automation, and reporting modernization. Demonstrates strong capability in designing automation tools, leading analytical transformation initiatives, and deploying scalable reporting solutions. Adept at turning complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making for leadership teams.
