Responsibilities

Primary skills:

•  6+ years of experience in .NET Framework, C#, MVC, JavaScript and API
•  Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, performance tuning, and database design.
•  Hands-on experience with SOAP-based API development and integration.
•  Working knowledge of visual rule engines or business rule management systems (BRMS).
•  Experience with Metastorm or other BPM platforms for workflow automation.
•  Solid understanding of credit risk, compliance, and risk management concepts.
•  Experience with GitLab, version control, and CI/CD automation.
•  Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
•  Prior experience in a financial or banking risk management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Support, design, develop, and enhance GCRMS applications using .NET Framework, MVC, and JavaScript.
•  Build and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and queries in SQL Server for performance and scalability.
•  Develop and maintain SOAP-based APIs for integration and data exchange between systems.
•  Support and enhance business workflows developed using Metastorm or similar BPM tools.
•  Participate in all phases of the SDLC requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions within the credit risk domain.
•  Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
•  Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for automated builds and deployments.
•  Follow secure coding practices, internal control guidelines, and documentation standards
