Lead Software Engineer- Java
Responsibilities
Drive all the critical priorities on the application, critical on the breaches that MMG tracks for all the limits on each metrics. Also lead and drive all the transformation possibilities we have for this year, along with taking some leads on M2C initiatives, to align the application more on platform.
- Around 8+ years of experience in IT industry, preferably banking domain
• Release & Deployment – Deploy using CD/CI practices and tools in various environments – development, UAT and
production and follow production processes. Ensure Craftsmanship practices are followed
• Follow Agile@Scale process in terms of participation in PI Planning and follow-up, Sprint planning, Back-log
maintenance in Jira. - Strong working experience in green field projects, designing & building application architecture
- Expertise and experience in Core Java, Java 8, 11, 17, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Linux, Angular, APIs (REST),
Java, J2EE, Oracle, micro services, frontend frameworks - React JS / Angular JS, and exposure to digital transformation initiatives - Take complete ownership of delivery including Production and Monitoring activities.
- Development experience in REST APIs
- Experience in CD/CI tools – Jira, Sonar, XLDeploy, Kubernetes/Docker
- Good communication / collaboration skills

Strong Technical and Functional knowledge and exposure to domain specific business processes.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of hardware/software tools, networking, Operating Systems, Database, and middleware.
Proven expertise in monitoring and scheduling tools with the strong knowledge on industry's standards.
