Responsibilities

The "OpenIT" TEAM (RESG/DDS) is responsible for the managed Low Code / No Code platform "MAXX". This allows rapid development teams (commandos) and business teams (citizen developers) to autonomously create applications that meet the standard of industrial IT. Two technologies are offered to users: Python (2.5M lines of code, +1500 applications, +3000 users) and the Microsoft Power Platform solution, including the use of artificial intelligence services (under construction for the SocgenAI initiative)

This initiative makes it possible to accelerate development and production delivery times of between x5 and x10 depending on the use case, while guaranteeing compliance with the constraints of banking regulation: traceability of data, code, calls, authentication, managed delivery pipeline, catalog, quality of deliverables, resilience, monitoring, etc.

You will be a major speaker on the integration of Power Platform into MAXX. You will build on the existing system to accelerate the provision of the platform to the SocgenAI teams, in charge of implementing AI solutions for the Societe Generale group. The ambition is to bring PowerPlatform up to banking industry standards, to avoid creating technical debt, shadow IT at scale and to interface as transparently as possible with Societe Generale systems (APIs).

This will accelerate the delivery of use cases by SocGen AI teams, allowing them to focus on the functional part and bringing them to the standard expected by regulators in a transparent way.
