Lead Software Engineer 7+ yrs Oracle HCM Techno Functional
Should have 7+ years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis to map them to Oracle Cloud HCM Talen Suite. Techno Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should also act as the techno functional consultant and participates in business development activities and configure solutions for the project requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. In depth knowledge in configure Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise Talent Suite module.
2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
3. The candidate must have Techno Functional expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities
o Lead or support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Onboarding, Performance Management, Career Development & Opportunity Marketplace and Succession Planning.
o Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for absence and time management processes. Perform fit-gap analysis and design a solution based on Oracle Cloud capabilities.
o Design, develop, and execute complex data migration scripts using Oracle's HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
o Create and customize advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts.
o Develop fast formulas for Talent modules
o Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data conversion
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges
o Raising SR, coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on configuration
4. Should have completed at least 2 implementation projects on the above-mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.
5. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
6. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
7. Willing to work in shifts

o Exposure to Jira board management
o Experience in test cycle management
