Lead Software Engineer- Planisware
Responsibilities
· 7+ years of experience in Planisware application support/development
· Responsible for Planisware Production Support activities for IT Steering Team.
· Understand the functional scope & involve in User interaction.
· Collaborative working with Production Support L1 & L2
· Should be a self-driven, motivated and have strong passion for technology.
· Understand functional requirements and raise clarifications with BAs and others concerned.
· Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
· Involve in User Testing
· Perform complex production analysis and monitoring
· To innovate & involve in automation /optimisation topics
· Debug and manage user stories that are withing the scope of application support L3
· Support the team techno-functionally, solve technical challenges as well as understand the functional scope.
· Should have experience in coordinating onsite/offshore team members.
· Should be able to estimate from high level requirement and do an independent estimate from detailed functional specification
· Capability to provide technical design and implement on complex requirement whenever there is a need
· Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
· Meticulously review the design, test cases and code
· Coding, Unit Testing and Integration Testing whenever needed at the L3 Level
Profile required
A technocrat with 7+ years of experience in Planisware production support & development experience (recommended
Technical skills:
Understanding & working experience of Planisware L2 scripting, objects & classes
Planisware Certified (Core or advance) preferred.
- DBMS: Oracle, MS SQL Server basic knowledge.
- Experience with agile methodology (Scrum)
- Technical Expertise in Planisware product, Quality and Leadership/Teamwork and strong communication skills for users & client interactions
