Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Architecture: Define and implement Teams solutions (Collaboration, Meetings, Teams Phone, Rooms) aligned with business needs.

  • Voice & Rooms: Manage Teams Phone (Direct Routing/Operator Connect), SBCs, dial plans, E911, and Teams Rooms standards.

  • Operations & Performance: Monitor service health, optimize QoS, troubleshoot end-to-end issues, and lead incident/problem management.

  • Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts for provisioning, Graph API, Power BI reporting, and policy management.

  • Projects: Lead migrations, integrations, and adoption initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Produce HLD/LLD documentation, runbooks, and provide executive-level updates.

Profile required

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in Unified Communications; 5+ years with Microsoft Teams/Teams Room(MTR) at enterprise scale.

  • Expertise in:

  • Teams Admin Centre, Cisco MTR, Intune.

  • Teams Phone (Direct Routing/Operator Connect), SBCs (Oracle/AudioCodes/Ribbon), SIP trunking.

  • Teams Rooms deployment and management. (Cisco MTR)

  • Networking for real-time media (QoS, DSCP, firewall/NAT, Split Tunnelling).

  • PowerShell scripting and automation.

  • Strong documentation, ITIL process knowledge, and experience in large-scale migrations.

  • Preferred certifications: MS-700, MS-721, SBC vendor certs.
