Lead System Engineer - Network & Security

Responsibilities:

Experience - 7+ Years
Design, deploy, configure and troubleshoot enterprise network having devices like proxy, firewall, wireless controllers, routers and switches.
Conduct Packet level troubleshooting and performance analysis.
Implement and support wireless security standard (WPA2/WPAS3, EAP, RADIUS) as per the company standards.
Implement NAC solution for wired and wireless enterprise network with Cisco ISE technology.
Troubleshoot WIFI authentication and connectivity issues.
Manage upgrades, OS patching and vulnerability fixes for firewall, switches, proxy devices.
Conduct Network audits, compliance checks and configurations review
Lead root cause analysis and provide permanent fix for enterprise network.
Collaborate with vendors for escalated support and roadmap discussions.
Take the lead in outage calls
Own and drive root cause and permanent resolution
Change management
Problem management
Request management
DR exercises
Device Compliance management
Good communication and presenting skills
Device Vulnerability management
Device upgrades
Be actively involved in audits, pen tests, security topics
Scripting knowledge using Python or Ansible, PowerShell for automation etc.
Able to Train Junior members in the team.

Good to have Skills:
Familiarity in handling complex Network Infrastructure containing multi-VRF architecture
DHCP, DNS, AD Knowledge

Optional but added advantage (skills):
Experience on NIST process is an added advantage.
