Then join us in Société Générale Global Solution Center Poland, a new, area of the SG Warsaw Branch. Currently we're seeking a Management & Administration Coordinator for our Business Management Office team (GLBA/BMO), part of Global Banking and Advisory business Unit (GLBA).

GLBA/BMO aims at supporting the strategy, the development, and the transformation of the activity, while maintaining a solid and secure working framework. The multiple and growing challenges surrounding our new business model imply to reinforce the GLBA/BMO team within GSC/Poland.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

After a period of training and handover, the chief operating officer assistant will:

  • Oversee the GLBA training plan for GLBA employees on worldwide basis, notably:

-         Support the business on specific training programs

-         Define with HR the annual budget allocations

-         Monitor the training costs

-         Coordinate in particular the annual French training plan with HR and the different business relays.

  • Monitor and produce several indicators on internal mandatory requirements for GLBA:

-         Follow-up of mandatory e-learning and handbook acknowledgements

-         Reminder to GLBA staff if necessary

-         Produce periodic reports to GLBA top management.

  • Support the Sustainable & Positive Impact Finance Solutions team (GLBA/ENV) :

-         Perform controls related to the permanent supervision of the team

-         Monitor the discretionary costs accordingly to the budget

-         Ensure the proper tools/applications accesses are granted to the employees needed and its periodic reviews

-         Ensure all internal requirements are covered by the team

-         Coordinate the dedicated training plan for the team.

  • Monitor ESG indicators for the GLBA business unit

The tasks and responsibilities could evolve, depending on the business needs and candidate appetite.

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • Ability to work on multiple subjects and curiosity/interest to support business managers will be a key differentiating factor
  • Very good Microsoft 365 skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Analytical: ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions
  • Adaptability: ability to review priorities depending on evolution of the context or department
  • Rigorous and organized: ability to maintain high standards of quality and respect the deadlines.
  • Seniority and skills with working with senior stakeholders
  • Pro-activity and eagerness to learn
  • Interest and understanding of GLBA or wholesale activities
  • Effective communicator in English. French proficiency would be a nice to have
