Manager Chapter (Virtualization)

Responsibilities
Responsible for chapter activities and people management. The team is specialized in Virtualization (VMWare), Hardware platform & Cloud compute services  for operation /Security/projects and automation.
Making plans to design new software and web applications, monitoring progress throughout the design process.
Follow Project management best practices to assess, plan, execute and closure of projects.
Define individual/chapter objectives. Assess and conduct performance reviews and provide consolidated feedback.
Connect with Agile Master and Product Owner to assess/evaluate chapter members' performance.
Mentor, coach and facilitate trainings for chapter members. 
Evaluate and allocate workforce in chapters and drive recruitment. 
Present the team to PMT and tribe. 
Encourage and support Feature Team's autonomy.
