Manager Feature Engineering (DotNet Core)
Responsibilities
Role Description
Responsible to manage a complete feature team or many components of various teams.
Manage application/project with medium to high-level criticality.
Responsible for project delivery and production by managing a team. Coach teams for clear constraints in the delivery plans.
Manage relationships between Product Owner and other key business users.
Provide product vision to the team.
Responsible for budget/capacity planning and allocation to ensure the continuous improvement of the Tribe.
Coordinate with other feature teams and contribute to Service Platform level OKRs.
Qualifiers
Certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) at industry or internal level is preferred.
Proven excellent understanding of business, domain, operating environment, constraints, opportunities/challenges and regulations.
Proven strong Project Management skills and ability to analyze budget, time, cost, scope, quality, risk and resources of the team.
Possess relevant technology and functional skills.
Excellent people management, stakeholder management and relationship skills.
Profile required
- Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle(SDLC) and software craftmanship oriented
- Strong hands-on expertise in C# programming with object-oriented design
- Need 12 to 15 year experience in C# and DotNet Stack
- Strong .Net Core fundamentals, multi-threading concepts
- Experience of 2-3 years at least with any RDBMS(preferably PostGreSQL)
- 7+ years of .Net Core version(preferably, version 6 and above)
- Strong experience with performance bottleneck identification and optimization\
- Expertise with any messaging queues such as RabbitMQ or IBM MQ or Apache Kafka
- Working knowledge of EF.Core or any ORM tools. Knowledge of any RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
