Middle Office Intern
Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of processes between Front Office (FO) and Back Office (BO), interacting with the KYC (Know Your Client), Facilities, Legal, Commercial, and Operations teams;

Perform daily controls and ensure all tasks are properly addressed, monitored, and completed;

Manage the execution of FX and derivatives contracts (both manual and digital signatures);

Provide support to the Commercial team (GLBA), other BO areas, and clients in managing FX and derivatives contracts;

Formalize derivatives trade confirmations;

Prepare reports and data as needed to support internal departments and regulatory requests;

Create, update, and maintain operational procedures and process manuals;

Ensure that control procedures are executed accurately and in accordance with internal guidelines;

Maintain departmental control spreadsheets;

Actively participate in new projects, product initiatives, and process‑improvement efforts;

Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);

Support the formalization of contracts managed by the area;

Prepare volume analyses and support the development of the area’s KPIs and KRIs.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Library Science, or Executive Secretariat, with expected graduation from June 2028 onward.
- Advanced English;
- proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (intermediate‑level Excel minimum). Knowledge of VBA and/or Python is a plus.
- Responsible, organized, and detail‑oriented, with strong control discipline; collaborative and hands‑on, with solid verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills; able to perform well under pressure and manage tight deadlines; dynamic, focused, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
