The Structured Finance Middle Office division plays a key role in the success of SG CIB’s activities.
Our teams work closely with major market players (international clients, banks, clearing houses, regulators ...). They ensure the quality and reliability of the operations that the bank executes on behalf of clients around the world, in compliance with international regulations and the highest ethical standards.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Closing and Transaction Monitoring:
Parameterization and modeling of structured finance transactions within the LoaniQ platform
Pre-closing review to assess contract viability in line with LMA standards, KYC requirements, and internal procedures
Agency Management across EMEA:
Manage agency functions for structured finance operations across EMEA, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks related to structured finance transactions
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and auditors to facilitate oversight and reporting
Communication and Coordination:
Provide timely alerts and advice to Back Office teams in Paris, Warsaw, and Bangalore regarding deal specifics
- Maintain close relationships with clients, transversal banking functions, and local regulators
Profile required
Studies & experience:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program, preferably related to finance, business administration or adjacent focus areas
Previous experience e.g. through accomplished internships in an investment bank is advantageous
Language skills:
Spanish C1
English C1
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or similar
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Back Office and/or Middle Office of Structured Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI Knowledge
LOANIQ knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
He/She must communicate clearly and effectively with clients/ Teams in Spain and abroad
Able to work in different projects simultaneously, he /she must be able to organize and manage their time under supervision of a senior manager
Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
