Responsibilities

This role provides exposure to research marketing, event coordination, team collaboration, and diverse administrative support.

This role will have two primary functions:

1) supporting the European Research Marketing team with marketing-related administrative duties,

2) and delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support to the entire European Corporate and Investor Access team to facilitate seamless business continuity.

Responsabilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a high volume of travel bookings for European Analysts (35–50 trips per month), managing all related logistics and administrative processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Analysts, handling emergencies, cancellations, and urgent last‑minute travel changes.

Ensure travel logistics are accurate, efficient, and optimized for time and cost, while complying with all travel policies and T&E budgets and prepare regular metrics and reports related to travel T&E.

Coordinate and execute analyst-hosted or specialist-led virtual events, such as group calls and webinars, at high volumes and often with very short turnaround times (approximately 10+ events per week on average).

Maintain and update records in CRM systems and other platforms.

Process expenses and invoices and provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support for the European Corporate & Investor Access team with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced high-pressure environment

Manage multiple competing projects with conflicting priorities effectively.
