Operational Risk Intern
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly dashboards for Internal Controls and Operational Risk (updating KPIs and KRIs)
- Preparation of presentations for monthly and quarterly committees
- Monitoring and updating internal controls related to Information Security and Business Continuity
- Monthly spot check of pending products and conditions under the NPC (New Product Committee)
- Recording and control of operational incidents and their corresponding action plans
- Execution of the department’s periodic controls (GPS Controls)
- Support for the department’s operational activities (daily and periodic)
Profile required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other fields related to the financial market
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint/Visio, with the ability to create presentations, product and process flows, and develop macros for the department’s reporting materials
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Focused and detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork, clear and effective communication across different organizational levels, dynamic and proactive attitude
- Graduation expected from July 2027 onwards
