Responsibilities

Your future scope of responsibility will cover: 

  • Analyzing and monitoring compliance of the codification of banking processes, the correctness of risk assignments and relevant periodic controls or other non-systemic mitigants for Global Banking Technologies and Operations (“GBTO”);
  • Creating and codifying of controls related to risks generated by activities and processes in operational systems according to Group’s methodology and evolution of control plan;
  • Monitoring of KPIs related to operational risk;
  • Monitoring of Second and Third Line of Defense recommendations;
  • Monitoring and reporting of operational incidents and related action plans;
  • Controlling the quality and completeness of data used in the performance of assigned tasks and responsibilities, preparing reports for GBTO management, information and analyses concerning the supervised issues.

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if you have:

  • Economic university degree;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a position related to operational risk, internal audit or in other department responsible for the control of operational processes;
  • Knowledge of risk solutions in the banking sector and supervisory regulations concerning operational risk;
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of French will be an advantage;
  • High analytical skills;
  • Skills in MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, knowledge of PowerBI will be an advantage;
  • High interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good organization of work, proactive attitude and drive to reach effectiveness and minimize risks in company’s processes’;
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
