Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Having the role of Single Point of Contact for GLBA (Global Banking and Advisory) for actions related to operational risk
  • Production of operational risk documentation for Management of Business Line
  • Creating and follow up of the GLBA Key Risks Indicators in the dedicated tool
  • Monitoring of KPI related to operational risk
  • Collecting and reporting of operational incidents and related action plans
  • Contributing to RCSA (Risk and Control Self Assessment) exercise and presentation of results
  • Monitoring of permanent control execution and design/consultation of Permanent Supervision controls
  • Making updates related to BCP (Business Continuity Plan) documentation, tests related to BCM (Business Continuity Management) and DRC (Default Risk Charge) organization
  • Monitoring of LOD2 (Line of Defense) and LOD3 recommendations
  • Contributing to Business Continuity annual campaign to deliver proper definition of business line requirements

Studies & experience:

  • Economic university degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a position related to operational risk, internal audit or in other department responsible for the control of operational processes

Language skills:

  • Good level of Polish, French and English (spoken and written)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Skills in MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of risk solutions in the banking sector and supervisory regulations concerning operational risk
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with different types of stakeholders
  • Good organization of work, proactive attitude and drive to reach effectiveness and minimize risks in company’s processes’
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to work under time pressure
