Responsibilities

- Project Management: act as a project manager in Operations’ area being responsible for new projects proposals, coordination of execution with operations’ teams of ongoing projects, materials, and reports preparation as well as presentation of results.

- Process mapping / workflow creation: map existing processes in Operations area, to identify opportunities of improvements and efficiency gain. Discuss with Head of Operations to define the processes/departments order of priority to act.
- Control the improvements implemented in Operations’ area, indicating clearly the timing reduced in each activity/process. Create KPIs to present to Senior Management.

- New Products Committee: act as focal point of the Operations area on the committees, being responsible for mapping the new product’s process and preparing formal documentation.
- New deals/demands with business (front-office): participate along with Operations area’s middle managers in discussions, map all impacts and track deliveries until conclusion.
- Operational Risk: Advise Operation’s area middle managers on how to prepare, teach when necessary and organize/consolidate all materials for Head of Operations sign off on all RCSA / Blueprint.
- Policies: create and maintain transversal policies among Operations and other areas of the bank.
- KRI/KPI: perform data analysis, oversee indicators production, challenge the information produced by the teams, participate in the optimization and cost processes with IT.
- Operational incidents: be responsible for tracking all incidents and understand the details by having contact with Operations area’s middle manager. Ensure that the actions plans are being made and act when necessary.

- Audit: central point of contact of Operations’ area, act on recommendations and action plans.

Profile required

- Fluent English

- Previous experience of 8-10 years in Operations or similar areas

- Strong knowledge in banking products

- Knowledge in data analytics and project management (desirable)
