Responsibilities

As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible with the supervision of the operations within a team, ensuring timely and qualitative delivery, and being the first point of contact for the team on production issues.

Specifically, you will be required to:

▶        Supervise the production;

▶        Review and validate the operational controls results and performs managerial controls;

▶        Has declaration responsibilities for some managerial controls and operational reports (ex. VAT, fiscal reports, controls results reports, etc);

▶      Intervenes and offers production support to the team, including in case of reduced workload capacity, having an expertise in terms of processes, tools and process coordination capabilities;

▶        Maintain direct contact with external auditors and other process related stakeholders

▶        Leads and participates to RTB/CTB projects and identifies potential optimization solutions;

▶        Ensures operational procedures are updated to enable team resiliency and control framework

▶        Ensures proper onboarding of new joiners;

▶        Performs reports for the management line (managers, TLs) in agreement with the defined procedures and deadlines;

▶        Provides support to the team leader for the meetings (team, partner, etc.) and ensures back-up for the team leader on the operational side;

Profile required

▶        Qualifying experiences in accounting/reporting or financial audit, with proven strong knowledge in accounting and reporting processes;

▶        At least 5 years of proven relevant experience in accounting and reporting and/or audit and controls;

▶        You are fluent in French and English;

▶        Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel);

▶        Exposure to multiple stakeholders;

▶        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels;

▶        Strong planning, organizational and coaching skills;

▶        Structured, logical, analytical and synthesizing skills;

▶        Sense of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement;

▶        Motivated by challenges and dynamic environment;

▶        Ability to prioritize multiple emerging tasks
