Responsibilities
As a member of the OTC Legal team, he/she will cover the following areas:
- Drafting and reviewing, primarily (i) OTC equity derivatives transactions and (ii) rates and FX derivatives transactions and coordinating with/providing guidance to junior members of the team
- Identifying and analysing legal and regulatory issues relating to the structures of such transactions and advising the Front Office accordingly
Profile required
- Approx 5-10 years’ PQE. Private practice experience or previous experience in another financial institution preferred.
- Derivatives (equity) experience essential.
- Commonwealth or Asian (Singaporean or Hong Kong) qualification preferred.
- Chinese language skills an advantage
