Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

  • Primary contact point for the client in case of payment execution related questions
  • Follow up on payment related questions with Paris central teams and Sales Managers
  • Handle manual payments incl. signature verification and call-back
  • Handle transactions in the Authorization Watch / no account cover or account blocked
  • Handle of garnishment orders
  • Handle of Sanctions & Embargo alerts
  • Management of entries in related systems (BANCS, PDMS), such as account openings and closings, charge and interest’s implementation and maintenance, etc., together with the European Middle Office in Poland
  • SEPA direct debit mandate management
  • Handlings of intraday limits - proactive e-mail to the team responsible for the limit renewal, set-up of limits in related systems, BANCS, PDMS, as well as appropriate margin
  • Provide needed information to perform the quarterly Permanent Supervision and ensure the correction of possible findings

Profile required

Experience and technical skills

  • University degree in Finance / Business administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of German and international Payments & Cash Management
  • Existing experience of working in a comparable department in a bank
  • Client oriented attitude (internally and externally)
  • Profound MS Office skills
  • Fluency in German and English (written and oral) is essential, French is of advantage
  • High level of commitment and responsibility
  • Structured and result-oriented working approach
