Pension Fund and Insurance Sales Germany & Austria (m/f/d) - (Director)
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of the cross-asset solution business with the assigned client portfolio of 1st, 2nd and 3rd tier insurance companies and pension funds
Organizing and establishing the proper coverage approach for the assigned client portfolio
In coordination with engineering developing the right cross asset product and advisory offer
Close cooperation with other Global Markets, Distribution and Credit Solution Teams and other stakeholders
Profile required
Experience / Technical Skills
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Investment banking/ financial services industry
Strong network with Insurance Companies and Pension Funds
Strong technical knowledge of cross asset structured products
Good knowledge of the structured product universe, ideally some structuration know-how
Deep understanding of the regulative and accounting constraints of the client base
Good client relationships, good knowledge of the market, the needs of each client segment, what competitors do in terms of products
Strong proven sales track
Fluency in both, German and English (written and orally) is essential

The Cross-Asset Solution Team in Frankfurt is responsible to sell structured solutions across all asset classes (Equity, Index, FX, Fixed Income, Commodities) to Asset Managers, Banks, Pension Funds & Insurance. The team is leveraging on SG’s outstanding pricing and trading capacities and benefits from the high innovation power of the bank. As a Pension Fund and Insurance Sales you will focus on selling structured solutions to Pension funds and Insurance companies in Germany, Austria.
