Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a skilled Physical Security Specialist who will be responsible for the implementation withing the SG GSC of the Group policy regarding the security of people and assets.

What you will do:

  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the organization's internal security policy and strategy, in alignment with local legislation, by ensuring uninterrupted operation and optimal parameters of electronic security systems and monitoring applications;
  • Responsible for the operational status of the mechanism for securing the objectives under his responsibility;
  • Analyze within the processes of the organization, the existing control environment, evaluate the physical security risks that may appear and propose methods of monitoring, control, as well as their improvement;
  • Responsible for the management of crisis situations related to physical security incidents;
  • Perform an active role in the Crisis Management process;
  • Validate the architectural plans of the Security systems, the testing and commissioning of the new systems;
  • Ensure the up-to-date maintenance of control registers and evidence related to security events / periodic checks / equipment maintenance;
  • Ensure the reporting activity of various KRIs, KPIs, as recommended at Group/local level;

Profile required

·         Bachelor's degree;

·         Vocational high school  military studies – would be a plus;

·         Minimum of 5 years of work experience (preferably in fields related to internal control in banking / non-banking financial institutions, or in the field of ensuring the security of objectives, goods, values and the protection of people);

·         Knowledge of the national legislation regarding the security of goods and people, including  the management of emergency situations (eg: fire extinguisher, safety at work, etc.);

·         Knowledge of national GDPR legislation;

·         Knowledge of national legislation/practices in the field of physical security, in relation to interventions for the control and/or removal of dangers;

·         Advanced level of English, spoken and written;

·         Microsoft Office skills;

·         Good oral and written communication, ability to communicate with various types of stakeholders.

·         Problem solving, analytical skills and attention to details;

·         Cabability to work effectively in a team environment, colaboration with different types of peers;

·         Client oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy;
