Principal Business Partner - Business Finance
Responsibilities
Support & enable Senior/Principal Business Partner on business partnership delivery and priorities
Manage business stakeholders & finance connect primarily at BL COO/MSU level and with Finance controllership and P2P to ensure downstream partnership rigor
Manage smart Analysis & review of various data points for performance management (BL & entity level)
KPI management using monthly / quarterly dashboards with analysis & appropriate alerts
Develop budgets & forecasts - Ensure process for coherent data collation, sanitization and presentation of BL financials
Train Analysts and Senior Analysts
Profile required
Qualification / Experience:
-
CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance
Abilities / Skills required:

Good technical, analytical & engagement skills

Ability to visualize process enhancements

Good understanding of Management Reporting, Performance Management, Accounting, Costing etc.

Excellent communication and business engagement skills

Process and change management experience

Ability to work with virtual teams and navigate through a matrix organization

Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team of peers
