Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Reporting to the COO of ASIA HUM, the incumbent will station in our offshore HR Hub (HRSSC) and be the business contact for HR Cruise team (both HRCO and CFT) in collecting business requirement, analyzing any local needs of all ASIA BU entities and providinge to the Business Analyst and Product Owner for further calibration and implementation.   The incumbent will ensure the implementation of any HR Cruise activities (both global and local) are delivered in line with Group and local requirements.    The role will be reviewed during the project of Talent Suite and expanded to cover as the business contact for new functions added to HR Cruise or other global HR tools

Job Responsibilities

Being part of the HR Cruise Team and ASIA HUM Team, the incumbent will perform the role in the following remits

Business representation

1.       Represent ASIA HUM team, including Functional Process Owners, on any HR Cruise Activities and in case of issues, or conflicting views, collect and evaluate the business needs and provide final recommendation to ASIA HUM EXCO

2.       Run ASIA HUM HR Cruise SteerCo, provide regular update to SteerCo on the HR Cruise roadmap, including any enhancements, quarterly releases, and major incidents, as well as its impacts on HR service delivery, recommend to SteerCo on any change management actions including communication, resource management, stakeholder managements, or any other actions to ensure continuous service delivery.

3.       Participate in the PMT Board WFA and Monthly RR meetings and represent ASIA HUM to provide views, escalate concerns, and provide further guidance or input to ASIA HUM teams on any actions required. 

4.       Discuss backlog status, concerns raised and ongoing topic with product owners in monthly meeting and discuss 3 months’ prioritization in quarterly meeting.

5.       Share also any relevant info about the PMT HR CRUISE and other meetings with the Steerco’s members and calibrate any business concerns back to HR Cruise team if appropriate.

6.       Work with all Functional Process Owners and ASIA HUM team on any complicated issues and align common objectives.   Provide support and guidance as appropriate.

7.       Work with Product Owners, FPO (of ASIA HUM), and CFT SPOC to provide feedback on the target operating model, clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient service delivery

Global HR Cruise Run activities

6.       Be consulted by HR Cruise team on any run activities on global topics, including but not limited functional tests, wave deployment, and quarterly releases. 

Local HR Cruise Run activities (including but not limited to local interfaces)

8.       Provide to CFT SPOC the business requirements on local topics (including the local interfaces) and review the business requirement prepared by CFT team to ensure the business requirements are covered.

7.       Provide input to the CFT SPOC in reviewing design documents and assessing whether enhancements are needed—especially for complex interface extraction rules (TRICOR, WTW, AUS ADP, SMM, MIR3)

8.       Build test cases and perform functional tests as required and provide feedback to CFT SPOC.

Trouble Shooting

9.       initiate requests to CFT SPOC BA for performing full data analysis to identify impacted name list so as to understand the impact and root causes of the issues

10.   Be informed and consulted timely by CFT on any incidents and its impacts to service delivery.  Update ASIA HUM and any stakeholders in ASIA

1.  Validate JIRA ticket  issued by CFT and monitor progress of technical investigation (Note: for global topics  the ticket will be done by PO and validated globally )

12.  12.   Work with L1 support and data management team to provide information required by CFT SPOC  BA team to analyze issues..
