Process Referent with French
Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Process Referent who will be in charge with Operations support, Knowledge management and Team Trainings, Process Improvement and Innovation within the KYU department.
Specifically, you will be required to:
· Provide support for operational teams, act as a single point of contact for the resolution of complex cases and offer guidance on process and procedure interpretation;
· Participate in meetings with internal partners and various entities to review and clarify all procedure related queries raised by the operational team and develops quality action plans (together with Team Leader and Quality Teams);
· Manage the knowledge to improve efficiency, productivity and retain critical information within the team;
· Be in charge with procedure updates and facilitate access to latest information for all teams
· Provide trainings for the teams on the process and ensure the control of the initial production as well as the follow-up of the rise in competence
· Monitor the assimilation of procedures by the operational teams, organize knowledge refresh workshops with operational teams;
· Act as an SME (Subject matter expert) in continuous improvement projects and actively participate in process related meetings together with stakeholders, provide inputs and suggestions for process improvement. Act as a trusted advisor, aiming to constantly improve and facilitate existing procedures and way of working.
Profile required
· Similar 2-3 years of experience in an SME role, experience on bank related activities is a plus
· Experience in knowledge management and in increasing the quality of knowledge transfer
· Proven experience in workshadowing and operational support;
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, foreign languages or law is a plus;
· Strong sense of accountability;
· Flexibility and openness to change;
· Ability to work under pressure;
· Strong planning and organizing skills;
· Constructive / problem solving approach in communication with all peers.
· Very good written and verbal communication: French – B2 (written and reading), Fluent in English – advantage;
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
· Availability to travel abroad for business purposes.
