Procurement Analyst - CDD 2 Years

As a Procurement Analyst you be a strategic support partner for all internal clients, bring value and excellence through sourcing projects, support for company development and needs.

 Procure-to-pay (P2P) will be the support for SOFI application, invoice management, onboarding/offboarding/extension of Leasing and IT resources.

Specifically, you will be required to:

• Manage information about processing the “acceptance’’ for all Leasing and IT contractors’ processes;
• Consolidate, prepare and follow up with all the stakeholders (internal client / suppliers) all the information related the ‘’acceptance’’ process;
• Provide accurate data to Finance team for data integration in all IT systems;
• Prepare reports, dashboards, KPIs, presentations, follow-up on activities, organizes meetings with the internal clients and suppliers;
• Constant analysis of the process and propose improvements;
• Data upload in SOFI application (PR/PO process);
• Report to stakeholders and manage stakeholders’ expectations;
• Responsible for GPS controls related to the activity.

• Proven experience as Constract Specialist or similar role;
• Customer Services knowledge (business lines /service line SG);
• Advance level of English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Thoroughness, synthesis and analysis capability;
• Attention to the details;
• Very good communication skills.
