Procurement Analyst - CDD 2 Years
Responsibilities
As a Procurement Analyst you be a strategic support partner for all internal clients, bring value and excellence through sourcing projects, support for company development and needs.
Procure-to-pay (P2P) will be the support for SOFI application, invoice management, onboarding/offboarding/extension of Leasing and IT resources.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Manage information about processing the “acceptance’’ for all Leasing and IT contractors’ processes;
- Consolidate, prepare and follow up with all the stakeholders (internal client / suppliers) all the information related the ‘’acceptance’’ process;
- Provide accurate data to Finance team for data integration in all IT systems;
- Prepare reports, dashboards, KPIs, presentations, follow-up on activities, organizes meetings with the internal clients and suppliers;
- Constant analysis of the process and propose improvements;
- Data upload in SOFI application (PR/PO process);
- Report to stakeholders and manage stakeholders’ expectations;
- Responsible for GPS controls related to the activity.
Profile required
- Proven experience as Constract Specialist or similar role;
- Customer Services knowledge (business lines /service line SG);
- Advance level of English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Thoroughness, synthesis and analysis capability;
- Attention to the details;
- Very good communication skills.
