PO/BA:
Responsible for researching and analyzing business functions and system requirements for process workflow design and technical design documentation.
Interact with the customer to analyze their need and find solutions.
Creates user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
Provide user stories to multi-disciplinary teams and define the business-driven acceptance criteria
Work closely with PO and detail the features to stories and BA review with PO and confirm that they are in line with the business rules.
Develop business cases by working closely with product managers to develop business cases.
Discuss with all stakeholders (customer, technical team, and PO) to make sure that there is no gap at any level.
Support Agile practices and encourage the improvement of service
Facilitate various Agile processes such as Iteration / Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up
Create low or high-fidelity prototypes accordingly.
Provide subject matter proficiency in specific functional area(s) to the assigned Scrum team
Faciliate developers to clear functional queries and work with key users/customers to clarify the issue
Ensure the development is done as per the requirement
Work with the key users to validate the requirements. Well verse with Jira use for project work.
Upskill on the ITSM products and the best practices and guide the team and the business with the latest changes in the ITSM.
Provide high-quality analytical solutions for the key stakeholders
To increase the business value, collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices
RTE:
Contribute with the Product Management Team and the architects to carry the vision and share it with the teams so that it solutions bring the maximum value to the business
Address value chains in transversal mode within a business or several businesses, in order to have optimizations and efficiencies
Organize the various ceremonies allowing the good advancement of the ART with the different levels of the company required
Ensure the synchronisation of the teams around the train and ensure that the different dependencies with the technical base are properly treated
Define with the Product Management Team and the architect(s) the roadmap
Ensure that stakeholders, experts and architects work together and adopt the model worn by the train
Coordinate the developments and the delivery of the ART based on the system team and on the stakeholders of the Tribes
Manage risks, conduct alerts when required, and escalate in case of blocking situations
Fluency in French to communicate is mandatory
Profile required
Business analyst with 6+ yrs of experience
Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Write the specifications
Make tests to validate developments.
Collaborate with stakeholders.
High-level of self-drive.
Promote Agile practices within the Tribe.
Prepare and lead Agile ceremonies.
Support the team in achieving its objectives.
Support the Product Owner and work with other teams.
