Responsibilities

Technical Manager within the scope of application, who is under the functional responsibility RPA and hierarchical responsibility of Chapter Manager, within the tribe.

The Technical Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing the technical design of a major project in accordance with business requirements (quality, performance, cost, time and security). He is also in charge of the application maintenance of his scope.

Core Responsibilities

In this context, its main activities are:

- Define, conduct and carry out the work with project management teams in accordance with the project’s cost and time requirements

- Ensure the quality of the IT implementation and the delivered solution in accordance with the internal standards in force and the associated performance and security constraints

- Be the technical reference for its scope of application

- Develop code using Software Craftsmanship best practices (such as Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Legacy Refactoring and Continous Delivery)

- Establish the technical design of the project

- Choose the technical solution, in conjunction with the project’s project owner, and implement it

- Carry out or have carried out the technical approval

- Assist the project management and business line teams in the respective functional and banking certification phases

- Manage maintenance and participate in user training

Profile required

Skills, technical and / or trade:

- Significant autonomy, time and priority management

- Knowledge of the technologies used on the scope and the IS

- Reliability and quality in the drafting of deliverables

- Anticipation of requests within the framework of the project entrusted

- Strength of proposal according to technical issues

- Ability to challenge
