Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

·        Lead and deliver complex, multi-stream programs across global teams with strong execution rigor, governance, and timeline adherence.

·        Drive end-to-end project lifecycle—from planning, solution design, execution, to operational transition.

Stakeholder Management

·        Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies (onshore/offshore), ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and delivery outcomes.

·        Influence decision-making through structured communication, governance forums, and transparent reporting.

Technical Leadership & Solutioning

·        Provide strategic technical leadership to design and implement solutions aligned with offshoring and transformation objectives.

·        Collaborate with cross-domain experts across Network, Architecture, Security, and DWS to define scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions as per GTE standards.

Offshoring & Transformation Enablement

·        Drive offshoring initiatives by defining optimal delivery models, ensuring smooth knowledge transition, and maintaining service quality and operational stability.

·        Enable transformation through standardization, automation, and cost optimization aligned with organizational strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·        Work effectively in a global matrix organization, integrating inputs from multiple technology domains to deliver cohesive and optimized solutions.

·        Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

Communication & Executive Presentation

·        Articulate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented narratives for senior leadership.

·        Deliver impactful presentations and updates to CIO/leadership forums, highlighting progress, risks, and strategic outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience working in communication, marketing, or creative design roles.

Portfolio demonstrating design, content, and multimedia work (preferred)
