Project Coordinator - Data Quality – M/F/D

Then join us in Société Générale Global Solution Center Poland. Currently we're seeking data quality coordinator for our Business Management Office (BMO) team, part of Global Banking and Advisory Business Unit (GLBA).
GLBA/BMO aims to support the strategy, development and transformation of the activity, while maintaining a solid and secure working framework. Multiple and growing challenges surrounding data have led to the creation of a data office which is reinforced by a project management capacity within Global Solution Center in Poland (GSC).
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Under the functional supervision of the Chief Data Officer (CDO), ensuring a high level of data quality on part of GLBA’s data perimeter
Coordinating stakeholders (project managers, business data owners, application owners) to define, implement and follow action plans to improve data quality on their perimeter
Monitoring and reporting data quality indicators and participating in committees supporting documentation preparation on his/her perimeter
Participating in improvements in data quality management processes and tools, both at Global Banking and Advisory Business Unit (GLBA) and Group level
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
Studies & experience:
Higher education
Project management skills and experience (at least 3 years): requirements identification, prioritization, structuration, planification, change management, ability to coordinate various stakeholders to achieve results
Language skills:
Effective communication in English – able to present requirements and policies and gain buy-in
French and/or Polish proficiency would be a nice to have
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Understanding of data quality, and Data Governance processes and principles
Understanding of GLBA or wholesale activities
Adaptability and ability to review priorities depending on evolution of the context or department
Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions
Ability to maintain high standards of quality and deliver projects on time
