Responsibilities

Sitting within a transversal team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to lead projects from concept to completion – ensuring every initiative you touch moves from A to Z with precision and impact.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Efficient Management of missions/projects assigned
- Defining project framing, scope, and planning;
- Implementing appropriate governance and stakeholder management;
- Driving project execution with ownership from initiation to delivery;
- Ensuring high standards in timeline, budget control, and deliverables quality.
Contribution to SG Luxembourg Transformation Office continuous improvement dynamic
- Adopting a forward-thinking approach to innovation and process optimization;
- Engaging and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders across departments;
- Sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Contribute to SG Luxembourg Group continuous improvement dynamic
- Taking ownership of assigned topics and driving them independently from A to Z;
- Promoting adoption of best practices, project methodologies, and frameworks;
- Being a catalyst for change and supporting transformation at the group level.
Profile required
You will be most successful in the role if:
You have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management within Investment Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry; project management certification would be an asset
You have practical expertise in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in both French and English
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
You are proactive, autonomous, and solution oriented
You have the capacity to federate and lead a project team
