Project Manager - Decom
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Infrastructure Process Manager to facilitate effective delivery and strengthen the relationship between the infrastructure team and the Information and Risks Department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing project progress, and monitoring budget consumption related to security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection and organization of evidence necessary for regulatory certifications.
- Collecting evidence to obtain CSP Swift certifications (including the new public cloud setup), achieving ISAE 34002 standard, and conducting CHAPS audits.
- Ensure that all processes and documentation meet compliance standards and are readily available for audits.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or delays.
- Monitor and report on budget consumption for security-related projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project teams, partner and internal security teams, and external auditors.
- Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions.
Profile required
- Proven ability to manage and monitor infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory standards and certification processes, including ISAE 34002 and CSP Swift certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration between the Infrastructure team and the Information and Risks Department.
- Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proficiency in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and providing detailed reports on project status and budget consumption.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating regular updates and discussions on project challenges and solutions.
