Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
- Steering your own project portfolio.
- Monitoring the execution of the portfolio, with a close and impartial analysis of the performance of strategic programs (value, delivery, capacity, risks).
- Coordinating the arbitrage process, with a focus on the value proposition and the contribution to the Group’s strategic goals.
- Organising Senior Committees aiming to review the execution of the Change The Bank (CTB) portfolio and overall business health, preparing Business Reviews and Portfolio Reviews.
- Supporting the structuring of large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Leading campaigns to cascade OKRs (Objective and Key Results) at both Service and Business Unit levels.
- Producing regular reports on portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Acting as a custodian of the PPM method, processes and tools (PPMLC, Value management, OKR).
- Driving continuous improvement of the PPM process and providing training and guidance to key stakeholders.

- You have a deep understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) environments.
- You are skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, complex organization.
