Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Analyst executes Level‑1 managerial controls for agencies within a centralized GSC setup, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and risk‑based control execution.
The role contributes to data‑driven quality insights, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and stakeholder decision support, helping operational and client teams continuously improve KYC performance.

You act as a key contributor to quality governance by delivering reliable analyses, clear documentation, and actionable recommendations, using analytical tools — including responsibly applied AI and automation enablers, where applicable — in line with Group standards.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Execute Level‑1 controls in strict accordance with approved procedures, ensuring accurate documentation of results, anomalies, and evidence with full audit trail;
  • Perform risk‑based sample extraction for quality assurance, ensuring targeted and effective review of KYC activities;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable norms, procedures, and quality frameworks governing KYC operations;
  • Analyse control results and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and quality improvement opportunities across KYC processes;
  • Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies and analytical tools, including responsible use of AI‑supported analysis, where applicable;
  • Formulate evidence‑based recommendations to support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) where applicable;
  • Co‑lead the definition of corrective and preventive action plans together with Team Leaders, Process Experts, and Client Partner points of contact;
  • Monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and progress of implemented actions, ensuring sustainable quality improvement where appropriate/ applicable;
  • Identify risks related to non‑achievement of client‑agreed KPIs and propose mitigation plans;
  • Produce performance and quality reports at process, team, and agency level, with clear KPIs and insights;
  • Contribute to the preparation of analyses, dashboards, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Participate in quality governance meetings, clearly articulating findings, risks, and recommendations.

Profile required

  • Positive, cooperative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement activities;
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / Agile / CAPA methodologies is a plus;
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Risk awareness and quality‑oriented mindset;
  • Very good attention to detail, structured working approach and productivity without compromising quality;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment with multiple priorities;
  • Comfortable with polyvalence (multi‑skilling across perimeters and activities);
  • Good command of French (B2) and English (B1);
  • Experience in the retail banking / KYC environment is a plus;
  • Interest in data analytics, reporting tools, Excel or AI‑assisted analysis is an advantage, with strong respect for responsible and compliant usage.
