Regulatory Reporting Associate
Responsibilities
- Data Preparation and Input Support
- Support data gathering, structuring, and validation for products, reports, and controls, leveraging AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure required data inputs are complete and consistent.
- Maintain templates, reference files, and trackers under guidance.
- Analytical Review and Comparison
- Apply AI‑enabled analysis to compare reports, control outputs, and calculations against expected values or reference data.
- Identify data inconsistencies, variances, and anomalies, and escalate findings for further review.
- Document observations and comparison results in a clear, structured manner.
- Regulatory Reporting and Control Support
- Support regulatory reporting control checks and validation activities using AI‑assisted data analysis and report reviews.
- Assist in preparing simple summaries or visuals explaining analytical findings and their relevance to reporting accuracy.
- Compile data extracts, report runs, and supporting materials as part of investigation and validation work.
- Process Review and Documentation
- Support review of existing processes, SOPs, and user guides, using AI tools to help improve clarity, consistency, and completeness.
- Maintain organised documentation of analysis steps, assumptions, and supporting materials for audit and reference purposes.
- Help keep shared folders, trackers, and workbooks up to date.
- Team and Administrative Support
- Support the manager and team in tracking requests, follow‑ups, and task status
- Assist in organising files, review lists, and simple planning trackers to improve visibility and accessibility.
- Help update SOPs and guidance documents under supervision, ensuring alignment with current practices.
Profile required
- Experienced in transactional regulatory reporting producing
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on delivering accurate and high‑quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of AI / machine learning concepts and analytical tools is an advantage.
- Able to follow instructions carefully and adhere to established guidelines, procedures, and controls.
- Demonstrates sound analytical thinking and a structured problem‑solving approach.
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to shared objectives.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

Department Description
The Operations Regulatory Reporting Production Team in SG Hong Kong is responsible for the production, oversight, investigation, and remediation of regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictions. The team works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy, timely submissions, and ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual candidate. This job will provide hands‑on exposure to regulatory reporting processes, analytical reviews, and operational support activities.
