Risk & Controls/Business Growth Coordinator
Responsibilities
The Global Solution Center Poland is expanding rapidly and approaching 400 employees, with the future ambitious growth plan for 2026-2028. To ensure robust governance, alignment with other Global Solution Centers (GSCs) and the Group businesses, and consistent operational risk management standards, we are seeking an Associate to support and strengthen GSCP’s operational foundations. This role will contribute directly to process standardization, operational risk coordination, reporting, and strategic development initiatives within GSCP.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Risk Management & Controls
Coordinate operational risk activities within GSCP in alignment with Group and GSC standards
Monitor permanent controls, track remediation activities, and ensure timely closure of action plans
Prepare operational risk reports using formats consistent with global GSCs requirements
Promote adherence to operational, conduct, and regulatory risk frameworks
Cross-GSC Standardization & Governance
Harmonize GSCP processes, methodologies, and reporting with other Global Solution Centers
Support the creation, maintenance, and coordination of governance frameworks within GSCP
Ensure consistency of key operational routines, documentation, and risk practices
Strategic & Transformation Support
Contribute to transformational projects related to the creation, onboarding, and launch of new teams
Provide analytical support for evaluating new processes and business areas being considered for GSCP expansion
Participate in operational readiness assessments and implementation activities for new functions
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare dashboards, reports, and standardised operational materials for senior stakeholders
Support data quality monitoring activities and ensure accuracy of inputs across GSCP tools
Contribute to automation, simplification, and continuous improvement of reporting routines
Operational Support for GSCP Head Office
Assist in day‑to‑day process coordination, status tracking, and communication with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Group policies, guidelines, and regulatory expectations relevant to GSCP
Support administrative, preparatory, or coordination tasks related to GSCP governance processes
Profile required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in operational risk, governance, business operations, PMO, or analytical roles (preferably in financial institutions or shared service centers)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial, operational, or performance data
Good understanding of operational risk concepts, control frameworks, and governance standards
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with BI & AI tools is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and work autonomously
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and risk culture
Team player with strong coordination capabilities
