Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a skilled risk expert (RCSA) to help us with the growth of our Permanent Control and Non-financial Risks department, which has the goal to design, deploy, operate and manage operational risk management and permanent control systems to keep the Bank within its NFR risk appetite , ensure that the Group's systems comply with the requirements of regulators and contribute to the operational efficiency of the Bank.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  ·         Helps managers asses the exposure to operational risks to which the activities within their scope of responsibility are exposed to ensure their control and improve their management;

  ·         Strong understanding of control structure which involves knowledge of different tools

  ·         Able to prepare reports using information from different tools and present to Paris stakeholders

  ·         Prompt escalation of any ad-hoc risk or emerging issues to local and regional management

  ·         Build visualizations/ dashboards/ presentations to communicate to stakeholders and provide business impacts on deliverables

  ·         Effective communication and liaison with senior management and key stakeholders, including Board Members and Group’s management

  ·         Supporting the compilation of the various risk committees pack in obtaining, reviewing and providing challenge to the various risk reporting and risk data from the business and support functions

  ·         Conduct operational risk training, as required

·         Responsible for RCSA (RISK AND CONTROL SELF ASSESSMENT) system:

Ø  To take part in the definition of the roadmap of the system, to monitor its execution, to create associated supports and mechanisms to ensure consistent and relevant execution of the exercise, in line with regulatory expectations;

Ø  To maintain and develop its methodology and process in line with regulatory expectations as well as the Group's strategy and ambitions on this subject;

Ø  To specify and support tool developments, their documentation, their specification and associated tests in permanent change management.

Profile required

              ·         Advanced level of French and English

·         At least 5 years experience in banking/risk management/operational risk

·         Expertise in operational risk management

·         Very good command of Microsoft Office Word/PPT/Excel tools

·         Rigorous and methodical in your analyses, you also have a good spirit of synthesis

·         Knows how to organize, prioritize and respect deadlines associated with your tasks

·         Know how to take initiatives on the subjects entrusted to you and propose, if necessary, areas for improvement/solutions to the problems encountered
