Sales Analyst Intern - M/F/D

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Act as support to Salespeople

• Give the team support on the full life cycle of a product, from brainstorm on investment ideas to execution and post trade services

• Fully respect the Sales Handbook product quality guidelines and procedures

• Coordinate clients' requests with the different teams at Societe Generale: Trading, Engineering, Middle Office and Back Office

• Price requests received from clients, interpret these requests correctly and transmit them to the pricing team

• Confirm trades with clients, following executions

• Address after-sales client’s needs and assist manager with client relationships

• Liaise with Structuring and Marketing teams to help design investment proposals

Help to:

• Identify potential customers and means of developing new business

• Organize client events and meetings

• Produce documentation of new contracts: Master Distribution Agreements, supplemental

• Produce termsheets

• Update Client Relationship Management tools

• Produce valuation and performance analysis for clients

Studies & experience:

• Master’s Degree, ideally with a specialization in Finance

• Previous experience on a trading floor, either in sales or trading support functions

Language skills:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) and French

• German is considered a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of application, especially word and Excel
